On August 27, the authorities of Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward, Lam Dong coordinated with relevant agencies to clarify the Y-shaped bridge fire in Xuan Huong lake area.

According to initial information, on the afternoon of the same day, people on Tran Quoc Toan Street, near Doi Cu Golf Course (Xuan Huong Ward, Da Lat), discovered a fire that broke out fiercely on the Y-shaped bridge.

At the scene, the decorative plastic items on the railing and bridge surface were burned down. After receiving reports from the people, the authorities of Xuan Huong - Da Lat ward arrived at the scene to put out the fire and clarify the incident.

"The cause of the fire was determined to be that people burned votive paper after worshiping the soul moon (the 7th lunar month)," informed the leader of Xuan Huong ward - Da Lat.

Xuan Huong Lake is a national scenic spot, located in the center of Da Lat. Around Xuan Huong Lake, the authorities have built many Y-shaped bridges made of concrete and reinforced concrete, facing the lake bed for people and tourists to have fun and sightsee.

Recently, the authorities have organized the installation of electrical systems, using plastic materials to decorate the bridge, creating more highlights for the project.
