Vietnam General Confederation of Labor receives the Third-class Labor Medal

At the Conference of the Executive Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, expanded Central mass organizations, the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor was one of the 5 collectives awarded the Third-class Labor Medal for outstanding and typical achievements in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW.

On the afternoon of July 7, the Expanded Conference of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and Central Agencies announced the President's decision to award the Third-class Labor Medal to 5 collectives and 1 individual who have made outstanding and typical achievements in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW, dated October 25, 2017, the 6th Conference of the 12th Central Party Committee on "Some issues on continuing to innovate and streamline the organizational structure of the political system, operating effectively and efficiently".

At the conference, Ms. Bui Thi Minh Hoai - Member of the Politburo, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Chairwoman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front awarded the Third-class Labor Medal to collectives and individuals who were commended.

Individual and collective lists include:

1. Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

2. Central Vietnam Farmers' Union.

3. Central Vietnam Women's Union.

4. Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union Central Committee.

5. Central Vietnam Veterans Association.

6. Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations, Vice Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front.

The conference also announced the decision to award Certificates of Merit from the Prime Minister to 4 collectives and 6 individuals who have made outstanding and typical achievements in implementing Resolution No. 18-NQ/TW dated October 25, 2017, the sixth Conference of the 12th Party Central Committee "Some issues on continuing to innovate and arrange the organizational structure of the political system to be streamlined, operating effectively and efficiently". The collectives and individuals include:

1. Advisory and assisting agencies of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, central mass organizations;

2. Organizing and Inspection Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;

3. Democracy, Supervision and Social Criticism Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;

4. Office of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;

5. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Vuong, Assistant to the Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front;

6. Mr. Nguyen Minh Chung, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations;

7. Mr. Nguyen Huy Chi, Member of the Executive Committee, Standing Deputy Chief of Office in charge of the Office of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, Central mass organizations;
