The "Learning never together" scholarship, according to Uncle Ho's teachings, was initiated and implemented by the Vietnam Association for Promoting Education for many years. The scholarship not only promotes the tradition of studiousness following Uncle Ho's example, but also spreads the spirit of learning through honoring advanced examples in learning to the community.
Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Doan believes that today's scholarship is a motivation for everyone to strive to rise up in their studies, so that students will become digital citizens, have a cultural lifestyle, and build a happy school for the community. Thereby, continuing worthily, bringing their knowledge and talent to build the country in the new era, fully realizing Uncle Ho's wishes.
No matter what age, studying is always the key for each person to improve themselves, and together with the community build a more decent and beautiful country as Uncle Ho always wished during his lifetime.

According to the Organizing Committee, this scholarship awarding ceremony has 310 delegates, including 235 students and 75 elderly people selected from 9 provinces and cities in the Southern region; typical cadres, civil servants, public employees, cadres, and soldiers of the armed forces with a spirit of self-study, self-research, and creativity achieving good results; delegates from 10 agencies in coordination with the Central Association in the work of encouraging learning and talent, contributing to building agencies to achieve the title "Learning Unit".

The organizing committee introduced some typical students for their spirit of overcoming difficulties and determination to rise up in their studies.
That is Truong Cil Diem, C'ho ethnicity, 12A2 student, Ta Nung Secondary and High School (Cam Ly ward, Lam Dong province). Diem has achieved the title of excellent student, excellent student at the provincial level in Literature, in the 2025 - 2026 school year for many consecutive years.

Or Mr. Nguyen Tan Thanh (89 years old, Ninh Kieu ward, Can Tho city), currently a visiting lecturer (since 2010). He also guides 4th year foreign language students, Can Tho University and foreign PhD research students.
The Central Vietnam Association for Promoting Education hopes that outstanding delegates will continue to promote the spirit of self-study to spread in families, clans, communities, and society so that the spirit of self-study in society is increasingly participated in by people.
Along with that, it is proposed that Party committees, authorities at all levels, and sectors pay attention to directing and creating conditions to create a favorable environment for everyone to learn.
