On September 7, the Central Youth Union organized the flag salute ceremony for September 2026. At the same time, announced the decision to appoint civil servants to leadership and management positions.

Attending the flag salute ceremony were comrades: Bui Quang Huy, Member of the Party Central Committee, First Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Youth Union agency; Nguyen Minh Triet, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Standing Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Vietnam Student Association, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of the Central Youth Union; Nguyen Tuong Lam, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Vietnam Youth Federation; Nguyen Kim Quy, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Standing Deputy Chairman of the Central Vietnam Youth Federation; Ho Hong Nguyen, Secretary of the Central Committee of the Youth Union, Chairman of the Central Team Council.

At the flag salute ceremony, Comrade Bui Quang Huy presented the decision and flowers to Comrade Le Hai Long, Deputy Head of the Youth and Children Affairs Committee, who was appointed to hold the position of Head of the Youth and Children Affairs Committee, Agency of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front. The term of appointment is 05 years from the date the decision takes effect.
