At the cemetery of Martyr Ngoc Hoi, Party Central Committee member, Vice President of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, President of the Vietnam Women's Union (VFF) Nguyen Thi Tuyen and delegates paid their respects and expressed their deep gratitude to the revolutionary predecessors and heroic martyrs who contributed greatly, sacrificing blood and bones for the independence and freedom of the nation, and the happiness of the people.
After the flower offering and incense offering ceremony at the Memorial, delegates came to burn incense in the tombs to commemorate and pay tribute to the heroic martyrs.
Immediately after the incense offering ceremony, the Central working delegation of the Vietnam Women's Union visited and presented gifts to the wounded and sick soldiers at the Hanoi Nutrition and Nursing Center for People with Congress Committee No. 4.

The President of the Vietnam Women's Union expressed his deep gratitude for the sacrifices and losses of his mother and family in the cause of fighting for national liberation and national reunification.
