As a delegate of the VGCL Delegation attending the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031, Mr. Nguyen Anh Ngoc studied the Report of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at the 11th National Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, term 2026-2031.
Mr. Ngoc is known to respond to the emulation movement "For the Poor - Leaving No One Behind" launched by the Prime Minister, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations at all levels have mobilized resources to help the poor, those facing difficulties and weaknesses. The Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee at all levels has mobilized nearly 20,000 billion VND for the "For the Poor" Fund and social security.
According to Mr. Ngoc, the method of mobilization and help has many innovations, in which the Fatherland Front both mobilizes resources to support the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels, and guides businesses, organizations, individuals, and philanthropists to directly support the poor; consults so that each socio-political organization receives help for households to rise out of poverty sustainably. Member organizations have many operating programs, calling for and mobilizing society to care for and help union members, association members, the elderly, and children in difficult circumstances.
At Canon Vietnam Co., Ltd., the total number of workers at the factories is about 23,500 workers. In which, especially organizing the widespread and creative implementation of the movement "For the Poor - Leaving No One Behind"; calling for, mobilizing, and diversifying forms of support for the poor and poor communities; innovating the mobilization, management and use of the "For the Poor" Fund at all levels in the direction of expanding the support beneficiaries, paying attention to caring for and supporting poor students in remote and isolated areas, border and island communes; paying attention to supporting critically ill patients and people in difficult circumstances. Connecting social resources, encouraging businesses, organizations, and individuals to accompany emulation movements and social security programs. Diversifying resources mobilized from businesses, organizations, and individuals at home and abroad for the "For the Poor" Fund and social security programs.
