Propaganda, guidance, coordination to support organizations and individuals to perform online public services at the Commune's Public Administration Center or reception teams at points far from the Public Administration Center. Coordinate online and mobile public service support in hamlets, residential areas or at home when people need it.
Coordinate to guide people to use, access the National and Local Public Service Portal, submit documents online, and look up results. Coordinate the organization of communication sessions, consultation, and guidance on preventing technology fraud, identifying and preventing bad and toxic information in cyberspace.
At the Hong Dan Commune Public Administration Center, the Commune Youth Union launched a Youth Volunteer Team to support the operation of the two-level government model and provide online public services in Hong Dan Commune. The Youth Volunteer Team will operate from July to August 2025 with activities such as: Propaganda, guiding people to use online public services in performing administrative procedures and guiding some contents related to digital transformation at the Commune Public Administration Center.
The delegation of Hoa Binh commune, Ca Mau province also held a launching ceremony to support the operation of two-level governments and provide online public services in Hoa Binh commune. With the spirit of " What is needed for young people, what is difficult for young people", the Youth Union members and youth of the Hoa Binh Commune Youth Union are committed to being active volunteers, accompanying the government, supporting people to access and use online public services, guiding account registration, submitting documents, looking up results... gradually forming the habit of using technology in handling administrative procedures.
Accordingly, every day, youth volunteer teams are organized at public administrative transaction points to support people to access and use online public services easily, conveniently, in a timely, effective and friendly manner. At the same time, it will strengthen propaganda about the benefits of using online public services on digital platforms and social networks, contributing to raising public awareness.
