The Standing Committee of the Provincial and City Labor Federation develops a project to establish a Industrial Park Trade Union in accordance with the actual situation in the locality.

The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations have just sent a document to the Standing Committees of provincial and city Party committees on the establishment of the Industrial Park Trade Union directly under the provincial and city labor federations.

Accordingly, based on considering the proposal of the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front, and central organizations have agreed in principle to establish Trade Unions of Industrial Parks, Economic Zones, Export Processing Zones, and High-Tech Zones (collectively referred to as Industrial Park Trade Unions) directly under the Provincial and City Labor Federations according to Project No. 03/DA-TLD dated July 13, 2026 of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor.

To meet urgent practical requirements and ensure proactive, timely, and effective management of trade unions in industrial parks in localities, the Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations request the Standing Committees of provincial and city Party committees to lead and direct the Standing Committees of the Provincial and City Labor Federations, based on the Project of the Standing Committee of the Vietnam General Confederation of Labor, to review industrial parks, economic zones, export processing zones, and high-tech zones in the area; develop a project to establish Industrial Park Trade Unions in accordance with the actual situation in the locality, and submit it to the Standing Committees of provincial and city Party committees for consideration and approval for implementation.

Along with that, directing the Provincial and City Labor Federations to closely coordinate with Party committees, authorities, the Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations in the locality in the process of establishment and operation of the Industrial Park Trade Union; and at the same time create conditions for facilities, staff, and cadres for the industrial park trade union to operate effectively.

The Party Committee of the Fatherland Front and central mass organizations requested the Standing Committees of provincial and city Party committees to pay attention to leading, directing and creating conditions for the Industrial Zone Trade Union model to be deployed synchronously and promptly, in accordance with the Party's regulations, the State's laws and the Charter of the 14th Vietnam Trade Union, contributing to the good implementation of the Party's policy on building a strong working class and Vietnam Trade Union organization in the new situation.
