It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will move west-southwest at a speed of 5-10km/h. At 7:00 a.m. on November 28, the center of the storm was at about 12.5 degrees north latitude; 113 degrees east longitude, in the western sea area of the central East Sea, about 200km northwest of Song Tu Tay Island.
