It is forecasted that in the next 12 hours, storm No. 8 will move west-southwest at a speed of about 5km/h, weakening into a tropical depression. At 4:00 a.m. on November 14, the center of the tropical depression will be at about 20.9 degrees north latitude - 113.1 degrees east longitude; northwest of the North East Sea area.
The strongest wind near the center of the tropical depression is level 6, gusting to level 8.
It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the tropical depression will move west-southwest at a speed of about 5km/h, weakening into a low pressure area. At 4:00 p.m. on November 15, the center of the low pressure area will be at about 20.4 degrees north latitude - 112.9 degrees east longitude; northwest of the North East Sea area.
The strongest wind near the center of the low pressure area is below level 6.
