It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, storm No. 9 Man-yi will move westward at a speed of about 15 - 20 km/h, continuing to weaken. At 4:00 p.m. on November 19, the center of the storm will be at about 18.8 degrees north latitude - 112.8 degrees east longitude; in the North East Sea; about 220 km north-northeast of Hoang Sa archipelago. It is forecasted that in the next 72 hours, storm No. 9 Man-yi will move southwest at a speed of about 5 - 10km/h, gradually weakening into a low pressure area. At 4:00 p.m. on November 21, the center of the low pressure area will be at about 16.4 degrees north latitude - 109.3 degrees east longitude; in the sea off the Central Central region.
