Updated bulletin issued at 4:30 PM on June 4th from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the past 3 hours (from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM on June 4th), the area of Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen, Cao Bang and Quang Ninh provinces had moderate rain, with heavy rain in some places such as: Ta Cu Ty 50mm (Lao Cai); Nam Dan 81.5mm (Tuyen Quang); Nhan Mon 42.6mm (Thai Nguyen); Tam Kim 32mm (Cao Bang); Quang Lam 48.8mm (Quang Ninh);...

Warning in the next 3-6 hours, the above provinces will continue to have rain with common rainfall in Lao Cai, Tuyen Quang, Thai Nguyen and Cao Bang from 20 - 50mm, in some places over 80mm; in Quang Ninh from 20 - 40mm, in some places over 60mm.

Warning in the next 6 hours, there is a risk of flash floods on small rivers and streams, landslides on slopes in many communes/wards.
