Updated bulletin issued at 4:40 PM on September 14 from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the past 24 hours (from 4:00 PM on September 13 to 4:00 PM on September 14), the area of provinces/cities from Thanh Hoa to Quang Tri had heavy rain, with very heavy rain in some places such as Dinh Hoa 182mm (Thanh Hoa); Nong Truong 15 about 210mm (Nghe An); Ky Thuong 262.8mm (Ha Tinh); Hoa Thanh 270.8mm (Quang Tri);...

In the past 6 hours (from 7 am to 1 pm on September 14), the areas of Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh and Gia Lai provinces had moderate to heavy rain such as Ta Si Lang 69.2mm (Lao Cai); Mi Hoa 11.6mm (Phu Tho); Cua Ong 44.6mm (Quang Ninh); Canh Thuan 78.8mm (Gia Lai).

Warning in the next 6 hours, the above provinces/cities will continue to have rain with accumulated rainfall commonly in Lao Cai, Phu Tho, Quang Ninh with rain from 20 - 50mm, in some places over 80mm; Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Tri from 10 - 30mm, in some places over 50mm, Gia Lai with rain from 5 - 20mm, in some places over 40mm.
