According to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, at 2:00 p.m. today (July 24), the water level of Bui River, Tich River, Day River... is rising and is always below alert level 1 (BD1).

It is forecasted that from today (July 24.4) to July 26, on the Day River, Bui River, and Tich River in Hanoi, there is a possibility of a flood with a flood amplitude of 1 - 3 m. During this flood, the flood peak of the Day River and Tich River is likely to be below level 1; the Bui River is likely to be at a level close to above level 1. High river water levels can cause flooding and landslides in low-lying areas and along rivers.
