The storm intensity has decreased to level 9, gusting to level 11.

The dangerous area at sea is determined to be from 15 to 18.5 degrees north latitude, east of 117 degrees east longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the affected area, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 24 hours, the storm will change direction to the northeast at a speed of about 25 km/h and gradually weaken into a tropical depression. At 7:00 p.m. on July 25, the center of the tropical depression was at about 19 degrees north latitude; 122 degrees east longitude, in the sea north of Luzon Island (Philippines). The intensity of the tropical depression is strong at level 6 - 7, gusting to level 9.

The dangerous area at sea is determined to be from 15 to 19 degrees north latitude, east of 118 degrees east longitude. The disaster risk level is level 3 for the affected area, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea.

It is forecasted that in the next 36 hours, the tropical depression will continue to move northeast at a speed of 25 - 30 km/h and gradually weaken into a low pressure area. At 7:00 a.m. on July 26, the center of the low pressure area was at about 22.3 degrees north latitude; 124.3 degrees east longitude. Intensity below level 6.

Regarding the impact of the storm, the eastern sea area of the North East Sea will have strong winds of level 7 - 8, the area near the storm's eye will have strong winds of level 9 - 10, gusts of level 12; waves from 4 to 6 meters high; very rough seas.
