On the night of March 6 and the day of March 7, the Northern East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7; especially the northeast sea area level 6, sometimes level 7, gusts of level 8 - 9. Strong sea waves, waves 3 - 5m high.
The sea area from Lam Dong to Ca Mau and the west of the South East Sea area (including the west of Truong Sa special zone) has strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusts of level 7, rough seas; waves 2.5 - 3.5m high.
In addition, tonight (March 6), the sea area from Quang Tri to Khanh Hoa will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. In thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, strong gusts of wind at level 6 - 7 and waves over 2m high.
On the night of March 7 and March 8, the Northern East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa special zone) has strong northeast winds at level 6, especially the eastern sea area at times level 7, gusts at level 8 - 9, strong rough seas; sea waves 3 - 5m high. The sea area from Khanh Hoa to Ho Chi Minh City has northeast winds at level 5, at times level 6, gusts at level 7 - 8, rough seas; sea waves from 2 - 4m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the level of natural disaster risk at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by strong winds and large waves.
