The high-altitude easterly wind disturbance in the South gradually weakens. The subtropical high pressure with an axis through the Central region continues to maintain.

Therefore, around November 20-21, the cold air mass will begin to affect the weather in the South and Ho Chi Minh City. There is a possibility of disturbances in the East wind zone moving in, causing rain in Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces and cities in the South.

Regarding high tides, water levels at most stations in the lower reaches of the Saigon - Dong Nai River will continue to fall slowly in the first 1-2 days, then fall rapidly. The highest daily tide peak at or above alert level I will remain until the end of November 21.
