The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Nam on May 11 is forecast to have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain with common rainfall from 20 - 50mm, some places over 100mm. The meteorological agency warns that there is a risk of local heavy rain (rainfall greater than 80mm within 3 hours). On the night of May 11, the rain gradually decreased.
