There are times when there is rain and cold weather in Hanoi. The lowest temperature in this cold air mass is generally 13 - 15 degrees Celsius.
The area from Thanh Hoa to Ha Tinh has the lowest temperature of about 15 - 18 degrees Celsius; the average temperature is 17 - 19 degrees Celsius.
The area from Quang Binh to Hue has the lowest temperature of about 17 - 19 degrees Celsius; the average temperature is 19 - 21 degrees Celsius.
Regarding another notable situation, due to the influence of cold air, from March 31 to April 2, the North Central and Central Central regions will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
From April 3, the cold air will continue to weaken, and the temperature in the Northern and Central regions will increase.
