Weather forecast for the next 24 to 48 hours
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting predicts that the weather in the North will change due to the strengthening of cold air.

The Northern and Thanh Hoa regions will have rain in some places; the Northeast and Thanh Hoa regions will have scattered showers from October 30.
The area from Nghe An to Da Nang and the east of Quang Ngai will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain; the area from South Quang Tri to Da Nang will have heavy to very heavy rain. From the night of October 30, heavy rain will gradually decrease in the provinces from southern Quang Tri to Quang Ngai.
Other areas in the next 2 days will have rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening; some places will have heavy to very heavy rain.
The meteorological agency warns that thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning, hail and strong gusts of wind.
Weather trend forecast from the night of October 31 to November 8
The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has made a statement on notable weather trends in some areas from the night of October 31 to November 8.

The Northern region will have rain in some places; from October 31 to November 1, there is a forecast of scattered rain and showers. From around November 1 to November 8, it is forecasted that the night and morning will be cold, and the mountainous areas will be cold.
The North Central region will have moderate rain, heavy rain, locally very heavy rain. From November 1, widespread heavy rain is likely to spread to the area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai.
Other areas from the night of October 31 to November 8 are forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening, with some places having heavy rain.
