The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (December 23) in the regions.
Accordingly, the Northern and North Central regions will have no rain at night, sunny days, and scattered fog and light fog in the early morning. It will be cold; the mountainous areas of the North will have some places with severe cold.
The Central and South Central regions will have scattered showers and rain; in particular, the area from Da Nang to Khanh Hoa from the night of December 23 will have moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain and thunderstorms.
Thunderstorms may cause tornadoes, lightning and strong gusts of wind.
