The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (August 23) in areas across the country.
The mountainous areas of the North will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms in the morning, locally very heavy rain; less rain during the day.
The Central and Southern highlands will have scattered showers and thunderstorms in some places, with scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening, with some heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 25-27 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 32-34 degrees Celsius.

Northwest
