From the above reflection, the Traffic Police Department (CSGT) - Hanoi City Police has directed Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 to quickly verify.

Immediately after receiving the information, Road Traffic Police Team No. 14 conducted verification and clarified that the driver was N.D.K.C (born in 1994, residing in Ba Dinh Ward, Hanoi). At the police station, the driver admitted to the violation.
