Tonight, Thanh Hoa to Thua Thien Hue will have showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain; in particular, the area from South Nghe An to Quang Binh will have moderate to heavy rain, locally very heavy rain; during the day, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms. From tomorrow, September 24, heavy rain in the Central region will gradually decrease.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening.
