The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (September 23) in the regions.
Accordingly, cold air continues to affect the Northeast and some places in the Northwest and North Central regions.
From the night of September 22 to the night of September 23, the weather in the North and Thanh Hoa will be cool, while in some mountainous areas of the North it will be cold.
The North Central and South Central regions have moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be scattered showers and thunderstorms in the late afternoon and evening.
