Accordingly, the Northern and North Central regions will have cold weather. The lowest temperature is commonly from 15 - 19 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 12 - 14 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius.
The area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai has moderate rain, heavy rain, and locally very heavy rain.
The Central Highlands and the South have scattered showers and thunderstorms.
