The Northern region and Thanh Hoa on the night of August 27 and 28 are forecast to have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain. The rain will be concentrated in the late afternoon and night.
Nghe An to Hue area will have scattered showers and thunderstorms, locally heavy rain.
