The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tonight and tomorrow (October 28) in areas across the country.
The Northern region will have cold nights and early mornings, some places will have cold weather; sunny afternoons with the highest temperature in some places above 29 degrees Celsius.
The area from southern Quang Tri to Da Nang and east of Quang Ngai province will have heavy to very heavy rain. The area from Ha Tinh to the north of Quang Tri will have moderate rain, heavy rain and thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
The Southern region will have scattered showers and thunderstorms; in the afternoon and at night, there will be rain, moderate rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally heavy to very heavy rain.

Hanoi City
Lowest temperature: 20 - 22 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 28 - 30 degrees Celsius.

Northwest
Lowest temperature: 18 - 21 degrees Celsius, some places below 17 degrees Celsius.

Northeast
Lowest temperature: 19 - 22 degrees Celsius, mountainous areas below 18 degrees Celsius.
Highest temperature: 26 - 29 degrees Celsius, some places above 29 degrees Celsius.

Thanh Hoa to Hue
Lowest temperature: 20 - 23 degrees Celsius.
