Accordingly, the Northeast and North Central regions will have cold nights and mornings, and cold days. The lowest temperature is commonly between 17 and 19 degrees Celsius, and in mountainous areas, it will be below 15 degrees Celsius.
The area from Ha Tinh to Quang Ngai has moderate rain, heavy rain and scattered thunderstorms, locally very heavy rain.
In the Central Highlands and the South, there will be heavy rain in some places tomorrow afternoon and evening.
