The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (November 9) in the regions.
Accordingly, in the Northern region, Thanh Hoa and Nghe An, there will be no rain at night, sunny days, and scattered fog and light fog in the early morning. It will be cold at night and early morning.
Southern region has showers and thunderstorms in some places. Rain time is concentrated in the late afternoon and evening.
