The National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting has updated the weather forecast for tomorrow (December 9) in the regions.
Accordingly, strong cold air continues to affect the Northern region. This region is forecasted to be cold, with some mountainous areas experiencing severe cold; the lowest temperature is generally between 14 and 17 degrees Celsius, in mountainous areas 11 and 13 degrees Celsius, and in high mountainous areas below 10 degrees Celsius.
North Central region is cold; lowest temperature is commonly from 15 - 18 degrees Celsius.
