Auction of 14 more land plots in 2025
On December 11, the People's Committee of Ba Ria - Vung Tau province announced that in 2025, the locality plans to auction 14 land plots, with a total expected revenue of more than VND 5,808 billion. Of which, it is expected to collect VND 5,135.5 billion by December 2025, and VND 672.9 billion will be collected in the first quarter of 2026.
The Ba Ria - Vung Tau land plots expected to be auctioned in 2025 in Vung Tau City include: a 4-hectare land plot at the corner of Thuy Van - Hoang Hoa Tham Street expected to fetch VND1,087.6 billion; a 2.76-hectare land plot (Cluster 5) in Ward 1 expected to fetch VND1,103.7 billion.
In Ba Ria city, there is an 83.04 ha land plot (Co May 2 resort) in Phuoc Trung ward, expected to collect 2,254.4 billion VND. And Chau Duc district has a 0.52 ha land plot in Xa Bang commune, expected to collect 16.9 billion VND.
Phu My town has 2 auctioned land lots including: 20 ha land lot in My Xuan ward (Vinalines) expected to collect 117.6 billion VND; 2.25 ha area in Phuoc Hoa ward (BQL85) expected to collect 17.2 billion VND.
Dat Do district (after January 1, 2025, Long Dat district) has 6 auctioned land plots including: 14-hectare land plot in Phuoc Hai town (Quoc Huong), expected to collect 77 billion VND; 5.6-hectare land plot in Phuoc Hai town (recovered from Minh Dam Company), expected to collect 125.4 billion VND; 2.4-hectare land plot in Phuoc Hai town (TMSG), expected to collect 30.5 billion VND; 7-hectare land plot in Phuoc Hai town (Thanh Long), expected to collect 103.9 billion VND; 0.9-hectare land plot in Phuoc Hai town (recovered from Dong Dong Bac Advertising Trading Service Co., Ltd.), expected to collect 23 billion VND; 4.3-hectare land plot in Loc An commune (Lang Chai) expected to collect 14.1 billion VND.
In Xuyen Moc district, there are 2 land plots that the province plans to auction, including: 13.6 ha land plot in Bung Rieng commune, expected to collect 55.2 billion VND; 18.95 ha land plot in Phuoc Thuan commune (Quang Trong), expected to collect 109 billion VND.

In addition, there are 9 land plots expected to be auctioned in 2024, but expected to be collected in 2025 with a total amount of VND 5,598.8 billion, including: 2.9 ha land plot (old tourist market) in Vung Tau city expected to collect VND 234.1 billion; 13.8 ha land plot Mui Nghinh Phong in Vung Tau city, expected to collect VND 1,222.7 billion; 4 ha land plot in Ward 11, Vung Tau expected to collect VND 133.4 billion; 76.7 ha land plot in Ward 10, Ward 11, Vung Tau city expected to collect VND 3,694.2 billion; 1.4 ha land plot (Green Crayfish) in Vung Tau expected to collect VND 235 billion; 1.7 ha area (hospital) in Phu My town expected to collect VND 37 billion; 0.68 ha land (Thanh Chi) in Long Dien district, expected to collect 17.2 billion VND; 1.117 ha land (sugar cane) in Long Dien district, expected to collect 13.6 billion VND; 0.71 ha land (seafood warehouse) in Long Dien district, expected to collect 11.5 billion VND.
Thus, Ba Ria - Vung Tau plans to collect 10,734.3 billion VND from land auctions in 2025, with revenue from 14 newly auctioned land plots, and revenue from 9 auctioned land plots of 2024 carried over.
