The North East Sea area (including the sea area of Hoang Sa archipelago) has strong winds of level 6 - 7, gusting to level 8 - 9. The sea is rough, with waves 3 - 5m high.
The area between the East Sea and the sea from Quang Tri to Ba Ria - Vung Tau will have strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. The sea is rough, with waves 2 - 4m high.

The western sea area of the South China Sea (including the western sea area of Truong Sa archipelago) will have northeast winds gradually increasing to level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8, rough seas; waves 2 - 4m high.
The meteorological agency warns that the risk of natural disasters due to strong winds at sea is level 2. All ships operating in the above areas are at high risk of being affected by tornadoes, strong winds and big waves.
