Updated the latest news released at 7:30 p.m. from the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting, in the next 1 - 3 hours, Hanoi city and neighboring areas will continue to have moderate to heavy rain, with total accumulated rainfall commonly ranging from 30 - 50mm, some places over 50mm

This rain will cause localized flooding for many streets with the largest common flooding depth of 0.2 - 0.4m, some places will be flooded deeper; flooding time is about 20 - 30 minutes, some places will be flooded longer.

The meteorological agency also warns against flooding in some low-lying areas in the suburbs.
