Experts recommend that when the air quality index reaches a hazardous level (AQI 301-500), people should minimize going out, temporarily stop outdoor activities and switch to indoor activities. It is necessary to close doors to avoid exposure to pollution. For sensitive groups, the recommendations are even stricter: absolutely do not go out and ensure that the indoor environment is ventilated and safe.
