Fire on the 9th floor of Ecohome 2 apartment building, residents escaped in time

Hanoi - At about 8:50 am on February 6th, a fire occurred at an apartment on the 9th floor of building C2, Ecohome 2 apartment building (Dong Ngac ward).

According to initial information, the fire broke out from inside the apartment. As soon as the incident was detected, local fire prevention and fighting forces quickly arrived, deployed measures to control the fire, and at the same time notified the functional forces.

Only about 10 minutes after receiving the news, the Fire and Rescue Police of Team 14 and Team 17 (Fire and Rescue Police Department, Hanoi City Police) dispatched 3 fire trucks and many officers and soldiers to the scene.

The fire was completely extinguished after a few minutes, preventing the fire from spreading to neighboring apartments. The incident did not cause any casualties.

According to some witnesses, when the fire occurred, the building's fire alarm system immediately activated, sending warning signals to all residents. Hearing the alarm bell, many people quickly moved along the escape stairs, ensuring safety.

The cause of the fire is being investigated and clarified by functional agencies.
