Hanoi area

Assessment of the hydrological situation
From the evening of February 16 to February 21, the wave height will increase again in the North East Sea area and then gradually spread to the south. During this period, the sea area from Quang Tri to Ninh Thuan, the South East Sea area (including Truong Sa archipelago) will have waves 2 - 4m high. The North and Central East Sea (including Hoang Sa archipelago) is 3 - 6m, rough seas.
In the Gulf of Tonkin, from February 21, the wave height will increase again and generally 2 - 3.5 m, rough seas.
