During the day and night of November 6, the North East Sea area (including the Hoang Sa archipelago) will have strong winds of level 6 - 7, gusting to level 8 - 9. The sea will be rough, with waves 4 - 6m high.
The sea area from Quang Tri to Quang Ngai and the northern sea area in the central East Sea has strong winds of level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8. Rough seas, waves from 2 - 4.5m high.
The sea area from Binh Dinh to Binh Thuan has strong winds of level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7. Rough sea, waves from 1.5 - 3m high.
The central and southern East Sea (including the Truong Sa archipelago); the sea from Quang Tri to Ca Mau, Ca Mau to Kien Giang and the Gulf of Thailand will have scattered showers and thunderstorms. During thunderstorms, there is a possibility of tornadoes and strong gusts of wind of level 7 - 8.
During the day and night of November 7, in the North East Sea (including the Hoang Sa archipelago), the northeast wind will be strong at level 6 - 7, gusting at level 8 - 9; in the eastern sea, from the evening and night of November 7, the wind will gradually increase to level 8 - 10, gusting at level 11 - 12; the sea will be very rough; waves will be 4 - 6m high.

The sea area from Binh Thuan to Ca Mau has strong northeast wind level 5, sometimes level 6, gusting to level 7 - 8; rough sea; waves 2 - 3m high.
