The area from Ha Tinh to Da Nang city and the east of Quang Ngai and Gia Lai provinces during the day and night of December 14 is forecast to have rain, moderate rain with rainfall of 20 - 40mm, locally heavy rain and thunderstorms, some places over 70mm.
