Around the morning of March 9, this cold air mass will weakly affect the northern mountainous area, from the afternoon and night of March 9, it will have a stronger impact on the Northeast region, then affect the North Central region, most places in the Northwest and Central Central regions. On land, the wind will turn northeast at level 2-3, coastal areas at level 3-4.
The Northern region and Thanh Hoa from the evening and night of March 9 - October 3 will turn cold.
On the night of March 9 and the day of March 10, the North and Thanh Hoa have the lowest temperature of 15 - 18 degrees C, mountainous areas have places below 14 degrees C. Average temperature 18 - 20 degrees C, especially Lai Chau and Dien Bien 20 - 22 degrees C.
