According to people at the top of Pha Din Pass, at around 5:00 p.m.on March 25, a hailstorm occurred and lasted about 10-15 minutes.The fallen rocks were dense with an average size of about 2cm, creating a rare white sky scene.


People living in this area said that this was an unusual hail with a large amount of grains of stone, seriously affecting the crops.
Similarly, in Muong Ang district, Dien Bien district and Dien Bien Phu city, hail also appeared with a duration of 10-20 minutes. The size of the stones ranges from the ring finger, making people surprised by the weather.


Fortunately, the hail and thunderstorms only lasted for a short time with not too much intensity, so the damage to property and people's lives was not too serious.
