Lam Dong - 4 police officers of Dinh Van Lam commune traveled more than 40km to the hospital to donate blood directly, contributing to saving a critical patient.

On May 12, Dinh Van Lam Ha Commune Police said that 4 officers of the unit had just promptly donated blood to save a patient in critical condition at Lam Dong Provincial General Hospital.

Previously, patient N.X. D (36 years old, residing in Dinh Van Lam Ha commune) was admitted to the hospital in critical condition and urgently needed a large amount of blood type O for emergency treatment.

Immediately after receiving information calling for emergency blood donation, 4 police officers of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune quickly set off to the hospital to support the patient.

With the consent of the unit commander, Captain Ha Ngoc Nhan - Secretary of the Commune Police Youth Union, along with Captain Do Minh Ly, Captain Nguyen Van Hung and Senior Lieutenant Luu Kim Bao, moved more than 40km to Lam Dong Provincial General Hospital to donate blood.

The timely blood donation helped doctors and nurses have enough conditions to provide emergency care and support patients to overcome the critical condition.

The actions of police officers of Dinh Van Lam Ha commune demonstrate the spirit of responsibility, willingness to serve the People, and at the same time spread the human values and spirit of mutual affection in the community.
