At about 5 pm on August 23, in cold rainy weather due to the impact of storm No. 4, an elderly man about 70 years old was found lost by people in the Linh Phu village area, Tuan Dao commune, Bac Ninh province.
People then reported the incident to the security and order protection team of Linh Phu village and Tuan Dao Commune Police to request support.
Immediately after receiving the report, the commander of Tuan Dao Commune Police directed officers and soldiers to the location where the old man was discovered to reassure and verify the information. However, the old man showed abnormal signs, limited communication, and could not remember his name, age and address.
Tuan Dao Commune Police reported to the leaders of the Commune People's Committee, and posted information about the old man on social networks to search for relatives.
Less than 30 minutes later, the police force verified the address of the old man. At about 5:45 pm on the same day, Tuan Dao Commune Police contacted the family.

Through verification, the old man is Mr. N.V.B, born in 1958, residing in Tan Thanh village, Nam Duong commune, Bac Ninh province.
According to the family, Mr. N.V.B has neurological problems. On August 22, he left home and got lost.
After checking and comparing information, Tuan Dao Commune Police completed the procedures to hand over Mr. N.V.B to his family in a stable and safe health condition.
Receiving relatives, Mr. N.V.B's family was happy, touched and sent thanks to the officers and soldiers of Tuan Dao Commune Police for their timely support.
Previously, at about 6 pm on August 21, in rainy weather conditions, Mr. Tran Huy Thanh, born in 1989, residing in Binh Than village, Cao Duc commune, discovered a man walking with signs of getting lost on the dike road in Chinh Thuong village, Cao Duc commune.
Realizing that this person showed abnormal signs and did not clearly identify the direction, Mr. Thanh actively approached, talked and quickly reported to Cao Duc Commune Police for support.
Immediately after receiving the information, Cao Duc Commune Police were present, taking the man to the headquarters for care, ensuring health and safety. At the same time, commune police officers urgently verified his identity, coordinated with commune and ward police in Bac Ninh province to review and search for information.
At about 8 pm on the same day, by professional measures, Cao Duc Commune Police identified the lost person as Mr. H.C.H, born in 1985, residing in Mai Ha village, Xuan Cam commune, Bac Ninh province.

According to information from the police agency, Mr. H.C.H left home on August 19. He has a history of mental illness and is being treated at home. Before being found, he had been lost for 3 days, about 50km from home.
After contacting the family, Cao Duc Commune Police handed over Mr. H.C.H in stable health to Mr. H.C.T, born in 1989, residing in the same Mai Ha village, who is the younger brother of Mr. H.C.H.
