According to information from Nha Trang Ward Police, at about 10 am on June 18, 2026, the unit received a report from Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc (residing in Ea Nuol commune, Dak Lak province) about losing a white Samsung S25 phone while visiting and swimming in the sea in Nha Trang.
Immediately after receiving the information, Nha Trang Ward Police assigned Captain Nguyen Duy Khanh, an officer of the Order Police Team, to organize verification and search according to the traces of the device.
Through verification, the police force identified Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang (born in 1986, residing in Xuan Truong ward - Da Lat, Lam Dong province) as the person who picked up the phone while walking in the beach area.
According to information from Nha Trang Ward Police, after picking up the property, Mr. Hoang is asking people to contact functional agencies to find and return it to the owner.
After that, Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang returned the phone to Ms. Tran Thi Ngoc's family.
Ms. Ngoc's family sent thanks to Mr. Nguyen Van Hoang for his beautiful action, and at the same time thanked the Nha Trang Ward Police force for quickly supporting and helping the family find lost property.
