The police force of Quang Hoa commune (Lam Dong province) received a thank-you letter for promptly helping people who were electrocuted through critical condition.

According to the Ministry of Public Security's Electronic Information Portal on April 20, recently, in the area near the headquarters of Quang Hoa Commune Police (Lam Dong province), when detecting people's cries for help, Quang Hoa Commune Police urgently sent Lieutenant Nguyen Tat Thin and Lieutenant Nguyen Khac Tiep to the scene to verify, handle, and promptly rescue people who were electrocuted from danger.

At the scene, the Quang Hoa Commune Police force discovered that Mr. Phan Hung Vi was electrocuted and was unconscious, showing signs of stopping breathing. Immediately, police officers coordinated with people to cut off the power source, take initial first aid measures such as artificial respiration, chest compressions, and contact medical facilities for emergency support.

Thanks to the quick wit, timeliness and high sense of responsibility of the commune police force and the coordination of the people, the victim gradually regained consciousness and was taken to Dam Rong Regional Medical Center for further treatment.
