Lam Dong - Nam Thanh Commune Police promptly discovered, gave first aid and took a homeless man who fainted by the roadside for timely emergency treatment.

On June 19, Nam Thanh Commune Police (Lam Dong province) said that they had promptly supported and taken a homeless person who fainted by the roadside to the emergency room.

Previously, during a business trip, Nam Thanh Commune Police force discovered a resident lying unconscious on the side of Me Pu - Da Kai University road, belonging to Me Pu 1 village.

Police officers approached to check the health status and performed initial first aid for the victim. The victim was then taken to Duc Linh Regional Medical Center - Facility 1 for examination and treatment.

Through personal verification, the police agency identified the victim as Mr. Phan Minh Phung (born 1970), formerly residing in Tanh Linh commune (Lam Dong province). Mr. Phung is in difficult circumstances, living a wandering life, homeless and without shelter.
