Heavy rain in the late afternoon of September 10 caused water to rise rapidly, causing flooding on many roads in Ho Chi Minh City, causing difficulties for people on the way to work.

Recorded on September 10, on Nguyen Van Khoi street, Ho Chi Minh City, rainwater rose rapidly after heavy rain. The road surface was deeply flooded, making it difficult for motorbikes to move.

I go home from work when it rains heavily, the water rises quite quickly. In sections like this, motorbikes are very easy to stall, and if you try to drive fast, it is not safe" - Ms. Phuong Thao (living in Go Vap ward) said.
