Accordingly, at 1:42 p.m. on January 20, 2025, Mr. Phung The Chinh - a driver on bus route 62, was driving when he encountered a person in a traffic accident on the road.
Mr. Chinh and the bus attendant, Mr. Nguyen Duan, immediately asked permission from the management unit, Tan Dat Center, and the passengers on the bus. After receiving permission, they turned the bus around and quickly took the victim to the Agricultural Hospital for emergency treatment.
