In that situation, the Luong Minh Commune Police force directly commanded by Senior Lieutenant Nguyen Van Hung - Head of the Commune Police - was present from early morning, along with 8 officers and soldiers to support parents and teachers to bring the children safely to the river.

The life jackets were prepared, each student was carefully guided, ensuring absolute safety on the first day of school.
"The fearless and hard work of the commune police officers and soldiers has been greatly appreciated and thanked by the people, teachers and students. This is a vivid testament to the quality of People's Service of the People's Public Security officers and soldiers" - Mr. Hoa emphasized.

The image of police officers accompanying students in the highlands of Nghe An has spread strongly, becoming a spiritual support for students and parents to confidently overcome difficulties and nurture their desire to study.
Mr. Nguyen Van Thanh - Principal of Luong Minh Primary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities - emotionally said: "Without the timely support of the commune police force, hundreds of students would have had a hard time going to school safely. Teachers and parents all consider this a noble gesture, adding confidence and motivation for the school to overcome difficulties, ensuring uninterrupted teaching and learning".
