On the afternoon of September 1, while on duty in the Lieu Giai - Kim Ma Thuong area (Hanoi City), the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police (PCCC & CNCH) of Hanoi City Police suddenly discovered a girl about 8 years old bleeding orange, without relatives accompanying her.
The baby was identified as T.Q.H (born in 2017, residing in Thanh Tri, Hanoi). At that time, her mother, Ms. Doan Phuong Cham, was looking for a place to rest. Thanks to quick observation, the Fire Prevention and Rescue soldiers of area No. 25, led by Senior Lieutenant Khuat Tien Dat, promptly detected and supported. Without hesitation, the brothers took the child to a nearby medical facility for first aid.
Thanks to his dedication and professionalism, H. was treated promptly and his health is now stable. Witnessing her child's safety, Ms. Phuong Cham emotionally shared: "When I returned, seeing that my child had been taken to the first aid station by the uncles, I was really assured and grateful. Thanks to the uncles, I am not in danger.
